3RAG is a limited liability company founded on 23rd October 2012 by Mr. Alain Gakuba, sole owner of the company. Mr Alain Gakuba has more than 25 years of experience in the transport sector having started in 1990 in DRC and by being one of the shareholders of SOPETRAD, one of the first ever petrol stations in Rwanda.
